Why Do We Have Chelsea's Law But Not Jamiel's Law? Racism?

Now, more than ever, we need Jamiel's Law. The Los Angeles Times reports as follows:
Two Latino gang members were convicted Thursday of first-degree murder in a hate crime trial surrounding the deaths of a 14-year-old black girl and a potential witness in the Harbor Gateway area of Los Angeles.
The panel also found to be true the allegation that the girl's killing was a hate crime.
The jury deliberated for less than two days in the case of Jonathan Fajardo, 22, and Daniel Aguilar, 23, both members of the 204th street gang. Fajardo was found guilty of killing Cheryl Green because she was black.

Green's death sparked community outrage and widespread reaction from authorities and politicians about gang violence and black-Latino tensions in the neighborhood, a narrow stretch of Los Angeles between Torrance and Carson where graffiti with racial epithets were an everyday occurrence.
The girl's death was but one of a number of slayings in the area police believe were racially motivated
Remind me: Why do we give "sanctuary" to gang members who are in the country illegally? Why is it okay for illegal aliens to engage in "ethnic cleansing" of black children?

If a white child molester kills a white girl, we get a "Chelsea's Law" in seven months -- as well we should. So how come when an ILLEGAL alien gang member kills a black teenager, like say, Jamiel Shaw, II, the City of Los Angeles continues to give "sanctuary city" protection to GANG MEMBERS?  Sounds racist to me.

Chelsea King's parents loved her dearly. Jamiel Shaw, II's parents, brother, grandmother and aunt loved him dearly, too. Both of those young people were murdered by predators who had no business being on our streets.

So how about it? How about we protect children not just from sex offenders, but also from criminal gang members who are in our country illegally? Let's stop sacrificing children's lives just because politicians don't have the guts to enforce laws that are already on the books.

Children belong in schools and playgrounds, not graveyards.

And that is true for all children, regardless whether they're black, white, Latino, Asian, Native American or some combination thereof.

We need to focus on life and death, and on right and wrong, not on black and white.

  1. Of course. Absolutely it is. It always has been with these current elected officials.

For the sake of ALL of the residents of Los Angeles we need Jamiel's Law! I certainly will vote for it, and to push to abolish Special Order 40!

Dear Santa, all I want for Christmas is a real Mayor for my City.

  2. Actually, "black and white" is not the equation here. Brown was part of the Jamiel Shaw matter and that's probably a good part of why elected local officials haven't done anything to pass Jamiel's Law. Had Jamiel's life been taken by a Golden State Skinhead or other white nationalist, they'd have passed at least a couple new regulations/statutes by now, in a very public and well publicized fashion.

  3. What's amazing is the "area police" admitted that they believed the shooting was racially motivated.

Remember under Bratton, there was no such thing in the City of los Angeles as racially motivated gang crimes even though Mexican gangs had declared openly that their goal was to wipe out the black population.

Admitting that there's a problem is the first step to fixing it. Unfortunately, we only have spineless politicians who won't face up to the problem. Until we rid ourselves of them, nothing will happen and the status quo of gang violence, illegal alien protection and all the rest of the corruption will continue as business as usual.

It's funny, too, that the racism is directed against whites and blacks and the current advantage is going to the Latinos and their illegal compatriots, yet they are the ones who constantly scream "racism!"

Odd, too, is that "riot" is part of compatriot.

  4. I think it's racist NOT to support Jamiel's Law.

To answer your questions of "Why do we give "sanctuary" to gang members who are in the country illegally? Why is it okay for illegal aliens to engage in "ethnic cleansing" of black children?" This is MECHA country and Mayor Villarbaboso wants to be the first king, with Prince Garcetti in the wings, once everyone is pushed out or killed to make room for his kingdom!

Viva LA RAZA! Do the rest matter? You be the judge.
