The psychologist received nearly $50,000 under a contract that required him to give only an oral report to Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa's office. As a result, there is no written record, a DWP spokesman said.

Nahai and Raj became the top two executives at the utility in November 2007. Both had raised money for Villaraigosa's 2005 mayoral campaign.Man, if yours truly had been elected, heads would have rolled, not shrunk. Hey, how much would it cost to have that same guy examine Villaraigosa's head?

One sincerely hopes that these kooks, who "serve at the pleasure of the President", woops scratch that, Mayor, that they would have been terminated immediately. Where does Senor Tony get these people, at the asylum?
