Pop open at Midnight a bottle of '95 Krug Clos d'Ambonay for all of us! Might as well, as 2011 will be the year the City SHUTS DOWN! It'll be June or July 2011 when Garcetti deals with the FIRST INVOLUNTARY Chapter 9 filing. We should also be down to 14 currently sitting Clowncil Members when the luckiest 12 people EVER get to say GUILTY GUILTY GUILTY TO CD'7's Flying Dutchman (or flying Chicano?) Maybe Councilman-elect Martinez will be seated by that time (you know, after the 10th ballot recount at Piper Center when they realize they can't invent enough voters to win like they usually do.) Then near the end of 2011 will come the real shocker: Trutanich RESIGNING FROM THE CITY ATTORNEY'S OFFICE! Why? Who the hell wants to deal with all that drama as the Council's lawyer?
