What About The Education Election On March 8, 2011?

You already know how you should vote in the City Council election on March 8, 2011, but what about all the people running for the school board and the college board?

Did you forget about them? Me, too. So here's a cheat sheet:

Member of the Board of Education

District 1: Vote for Eric Lee. Why? Because he's running against an incumbent. What more do you need to know?

District 3: Vote for Louis Pugliese. He is definitely a good guy, and he's running against an incumbent.

District 5: Regis, I'd like to use one of my life-lines.  I have no idea.Someone clue me in, would you?

District 7: Do NOT vote for Vladovic insofar as he is an incumbent.

Member of the Board of Trustees

Seat No. 1: Jozef "Joe" Thomas Essavi seems like a nice guy, despite having way too long a name. I would vote for him.

Seat No. 3:  Mark Isler is running as a write-in  Write him in, would you? Hey, if people in Alaska can do it....

Seat No. 5: Vote for Lydia Gutierrez. I've met her, and I voted for her when she ran for state office. She'd be good. Here's her website.
