Here are my recommendations for L.A.'s election on Tuesday, March 8, 2011 (click here for a printable version):

District 4:  Box
District 6:  Barron
District 8:  Hogan-Rowles

District 14:  Martinez

Ballot Measures
NO on all of them

Community College:
Seat 1:  Essavi
Seat 3:  Write in "Mark Isler" (I know.  It's a hassle, but so are crummy politicians.)

District 1:  Lee
District 3:  Pugliese
District 5:  Fernandez
District 7:  Love

  1. Mark Isler is great. I campaigned for him when he ran for Assembly in '04.

  3. I agree with your recommendations except Hogen-Rowles who is a union puppet, believe it or not Bernard Parks is a better choice.
Add Erick Aguirre for Community College seat 7. Erick is a good, honest man. The guy he is running against is a Villargoisa in the making.
