After you see John Schwada's report on City Hall's double standard for fences, check out the article in the Los Angeles Times about how members of the privileged class use a so-called "Gold Card" to evade the parking tickets that you and I would have to pay if we disregarded laws the way they do.
To get a Gold Card, do you know if you need a referral from a current member AND approval from the mayor or mayor-wanna-be Garcetti?
