Too bad the Garcia family didn’t live in council district 14 while ‘antonio’ was the councilman. He chased out the inspectors until he became mayor. ( investigate this one, John Schwada ) Show me a fence in Los Angeles, and I'll show you a fence that is illegally constructed and not permitted. Why them? Well, apparently someone phoned in a complaint to Building and Safety. What about the hundred’s of thousands, of other illegal fences through-out the city? Well, City Hall practices selective enforcement. For example, by not citing and removing illegal street vendors! But instead, chooses to keep Special Order 40 in place. Residents in these gang-controlled neighborhoods are not afraid of police; it’s the gang members they fear. Too bad, the Garcia family can’t sue the mayor for not living up to his oath of office.
