To create the illusion that he is fiscally responsible, Villaraigosa is, in effect, putting his massive overspending on your credit card -- "you" being the taxpayers of the City of L.A. Think of it as setting the timer on a $100 million debt bomb to detonate after he leaves office on July 1, 2013.
Read all about it in the L.A. Times. And hey, don't blame me. I voted for Walter Moore.
Now, here's the leadership test for all those wannabe Mayors on the City Council and the Controller's Office: will they take any action whatsoever to prevent this? Or will they aid and abet it by doing nothing?
The correct answer is: they will do nothing. Why? Because there is no difference between Villaraigosa, Garcetti, Greuel, Perry and Beutner. They are all exactly the same special interest puppet politician.

His deliberate, insane actions, do not stop coming. He continues to be absolutely, the most disgusting, double-crossing, mayor in all the United States of America.
ReplyDeleteThere must be an attorney out there who will file a class action lawsuit on behalf of the hard-working, tax-paying, law-abiding citizens of our city against the mayor and city council for violating their Oath of Office, fraud, gross negligence, treason, etc.
ReplyDeleteThe little cockroach comes to a church in my neighborhood - what makes him think he's even welcome here considering all of th huge potholes in our streets, the city sticking us with taking on the responsibility of and paying for trimming the overgrown trees located on city property that were planted by the city, next to zero police patrol (we have to pay for private security companies) on top of us paying huge property tax bills. I loudly booed him during our 4th of July parade and I know he heard me, he looked right at me. Get the hell out of our neighborhood Antonio, you're not welcome here! Comprende?
