Is this yacht only for the use of the Harbor Dept elite, or is it used for the public like the tour boat that the Port of Long Beach uses to take citizens around the harbor for sightseeing?
ReplyDeleteNo, it's for the politically connected who are willing to contribute heavily to an elected official in exchange for "good-will" and, it's their "good-will" not ours.
