Official Rules for Democratic Convention Drinking Game

Here are the official rules for the Democratic Convention Drinking Game.  Please print the rules out and have them handy as you watch the proceedings this week.

You must drink one shot whenever any of the following events occurs:

1.  When someone mispronounces Villaraigosa's name.
2.  When someone refers to Villaraigosa as "Mr. Mayor" or "the Mayor" to avoid mispronouncing his name.
3.  When Villaraigosa refers to L.A. as "Al Lay."
4.  When Villaraigosa says "uh."
5.  When anyone says "undocumented."
6.  When anyone says "immigrant."
7.  When anyone says "dreamer."
8.  When anyone says "the rich."
9.  When anyone refers to "going back" or "going backwards."
10.  When anyone refers to an empty chair.
11.  "Bin Laden" or "Tally Ban."
12.  "Climate change," "green jobs," "green economy," or "alternate energy."
13.  "The children."
